Really nice expression of the kid's face
I like the hair as well...to me, it tells that the child is somewhere hot, maybe in a place exposed to direct sun. Therefore the expression is somehow sad or exhausted by the heat maybe :) Maybe if the picture was in warm colours, it would have not left any doubt in my mind, but however that's the way I imagine it :P
