The preferred filter for shhoting B&W landscape using analogue was orange.. this gave a reasonable contract of the land while preserving the simulated stark blue /white contrast of the sky. You can achieve this by going to the R,G,B channels and mixing 50,50,0.. a second layer for levels or curves can be used to fine tune.
