Diese herrlichen Glockenblumenblüten sind an sich schon ein herrlicher Anblick - aber mit dem Flieger im Anflug ist Deine Aufnahme wirklich super und gelungen!

for whom the bell tolls… this time it's the little hoverfly! ; )) love how he's almost framed by the two glittery blossoms, hovering in the air and being true to his name, looking like a glider, with his two very straight wings invisibly spinning in the air. wonder why it's called a "harebell", though? now wait, i know there's some growing in our driveway!! could it be that our garden bunny secretely plucks one every morning and rings them outside my window like crazy: yo, lady!! get up now and feed me!! would explain the thunderstorms, too… ; )) greetings, sabine. p.s.: sorry, i guess it's silly tuesday for me…
A lot of little forest citizens (like elves or pixies) were wearing caps made of these flowers in my childhood book illustrations!:)) I just love these litttle flowers.
I suspect the bee also wants a cap:) Lovely picture, Mark. Bw, Viola
