I am reminded of a Shepherds delight stroke warning. In the morning if the shepherd/farmer notices the sunrise, he's probably doddling, hence a warning. whereas at the end of the day, all work done, the sunset is a delight.
It's particular to farmers for they work every day of the year and are often outside.
