Himba newly married woman proudly showing me her teeth. For some strange reason I'm yet to be explained, they remove their lower teeth once they get married... will try to get why on my next trip...
Funny enough though, in the same tribe there was a 7 years old girl that refused to smile for a picture because she was ashamed that she recently lost her front (top) teeth. In a few years she will be proud to lose the bottom ones...
