Start of A New Day
The day begins as always. Time winds down. A clean sweater, and a fresh white shirt. His cane accustom to not so mobile hand is his guide, scrapping on the ground detecting vibrations and sounds past his gate way into the light for breakfast he smells and tries to guess just what is new for the plate and who might have cooked it. It is true that seniors have favorites.
