don't worry, bee happy! ; ) sunflowers – a motif one won't ever tire of! and yet, it's a tough one, because they haven been painted and photographed a million times – hard to come up with something mindblowing, something that makes us see and feel them anew! i try every year and mostly wind up with the same old pictures i took the year before… ; ) to make a long story short: even though i love this image because it celebrates the sunflowers for what they are, namely, a sociable ; ) bunch of warmth loving, sun worshipping power bloomers ; ), i like your b/w works a little better because they make me see them anew and thus are like a little revelation… still, i like the mellow colors and balanced, easy-gong mood of this shot a lot! greetings, sabine.
