Hallo Sally - many thanks for your very nice and appreciated comments. Yes, this Tajine-cooking is very simple, but most interesting and tasty. We brought home such a Tajine (3 kgs - had to watch for baggage-weight.....) - the first experimentations were very positive. As you are saying, also the sweet raisins bring an excellent combination of flavours with the rather hot merguez sausages. Bon appétit! I wish you an excellent Sunday - Cheers - Jürg

We also had 4.5 years cat Waldeck. Then he somehow went away and never returned. We both missed him and worried (or machine crushed or bitten a dog, or just a boy was killed). After that did not want anyone to take. But 4 months ago I found a garden cabin cat( 1 -4 days old), blind, and with the umbilical cord. I could not throw it away... I had to take home and feed the cow's milk with a pipette and syringe. Now that Duncan large, nice and naughty.
