thanks for your recent comment on my ground squirrels! Yes, doesn't it look as if they posed for me? Actually, it was a family of five and I did get some pictures of them but unfortunately, they all turned out fuzzy. It's not so easy to tell five Columbian ground squirrels to sit still and hold it until I'm done ... :-)

The cocky is a wild one, there are hundreds around this area and they are noisy and destructive birds...cute tho :)
