I actually create the false blood myself (very simple to do actually).
But this picture is basically a "test" as I have in mind a different layout (I'm also still in the thinking of the future picture) ...
It is a scene setting, of course ... The title is the fact of having my hand in front of the mouth which gave me the impression of "taste blood" ... hence "The taste of blood" ...

C'est une pure mise en scène, cela va de soi ... Quant au titre, c'est le fait d'avoir ma main devant la bouche qui me donnait cette impression de "goûter le sang" ... d'où "Le goût du sang" ...
