There were more bombs falling over Laos than over Europe during the 2.WW. Without any war declaration, just to cut off the supplies of the Vietnamese. Still todays large areas can not be entered without danger, and thousands of dead or crippled victims occur after 30 years. The bigest employer in Laos is just a mine detecting company. Yours, w.b.
