Thanks for your comments on REAP. The stone is on the coast in Goleta, CA north of Santa Barbara. It is shale that rises up diagonally from the sea and possesses a lot of iron ore, hence the colors, as well as veins of quartz which create the graphic lines and symbols. This was right after my father's death, whom I cared for in my home for 2 years before his passing. Imagine my gut feeling when I turned from the ocean and saw this. Blew my mind. The universe is a wonderful place. Very healing.
