Dies ist die alte, wunderbar erhaltene, natürlich ausgebesserte, Stadtmauer von Ávila, ca. 2.8Km lang und mit 85 Wehrtürmen bestückt. Hier war die Wirkungsstätte der Hlg. Theresa, geb 1515.
Besonders schön anzusehen, wenn abends die Lichter angehen.
