    Hi Guys,
    Pretty happy with this one myself. Taken from 19th floor of building in Surfers Paradise Queensland, Australia.
    Used a longer 6 sec exp, hand held and purposefully spun camera while shutter open to create effect. I also used the zoom as I exposed the image.
    The bright red & white lights are on another high rise building.
    Give it a go.
