    This atmosphere reminds me a bit of the famous photobook of Robert Frank "The Americans". He traveled around and made all these photos of coffee shops and street scenes - but that is now more than 50 years ago. Perhaps have a look and try to translate your world of crepes and coffee to the photo manner he did.
