Maria,I agree that adding to the area in front of the horse would make for a better composition. However there is a chain link fence on the inner part of the track. If you look in the grass in front of the horse you can see the shadow from the fence. I felt the chain fence took away from the beauty of the shot. Thank you for the advise on how to improve the shot, I am always looking for way to improve my photography and appreciate you taking the time to offer your advise.

I like the plot and the colors of the picture but i'm sure that u should have left space before the horse, not behind. That could give the composition and the pic itself more life and reality!Cheers, Maria
