Dear Raimo, the sunset with the warmly reflecting golden sunbeams on the cold ice looks great. You captured the light well and in natural colours. Concerning the composition of your picture I would recommand to step back one or two steps, to get more of the stones into the picture. Here they are cut off and therefore get too much of my attention. But it's good anyway, that you decided to make a picture with a fore-, mid- (the reflections on the ice) and background, which is much more interesting to look at and gives extra depth. My second advice: You could get better results in sharpeness just by choosing a wider aperture. At f22 you will always have less sharpeness than with e. g. f11, which would be enough with 18 mm. Just focus on a point at 1.56 m distance, and everything will be sharp from arm's length distance to infinity. If you want to know more about that, read about hyperfocal distance in the internet. There are smartphone-apps that help to calculate the right focus point. As a rule of thumb: Focus on the first third of the optical (not real) distance to the horizon and you're almost there. This will help you to use f8 oder f11 much more often. f22 is good, when you need to have the shutter open for a while and ISO is already at 100 (and you don't have any ND-filter at hand). Just my 2 cents for today.
