Greek Blue

Canon EOS 5, 35-135mm auf Kodak Elite Chrome 100

The picture was taken on Karpathos. I chose a rather graphical representation of a typical greek theme. I like the blue, which is in my opinion one of the strength of Kodak Elite Chrome 100

    Hi John,

Kodak Elite Chrome is definitely the film I use most of the time. You can use this one as an alround film, it´s not expensive and - when properly exposed - results in very nice colours without exagerating them. Yet I´ve been trying other films recently, e.g. Fuji Velvia 100 F, which is imo too red (real bad for skin), it also has to much contrast (bad for shadows) and Fuji Provia 100 which has very fine grain but is imo quite a bit bluish (I don´t like the green). I´d like to test Kodak Professional 100 GX next time... The pictures shown in my profile should give You a quite realistic impression of the original slides. If You like more information just send me a Quick-Mail!

    Greetings Kay

    Schönes Detail.
ein Tipp: mach mal einen Weißabgleich auf den runden Bogen - das Photo ist leicht blaustichig.
