Wie wäre es denn mit GIMP? Da kannst Du mit Ebenen arbeiten, eine Anleitung, wie man diese Toy-Town Bilder macht findest Du beihttp://fotopraxis.net/workshops-2/workshop-toy-towns-der-tilt-shift-effekt/
Oder als Alternative Photoscape nehmen. Das Programm hat so was schon per Menue "eingebaut".
Beide bibt es übrigens kostenlos ;)

Thanks. Wie sollte es denn auch anders sein. Habe allerdings mal gehofft, ne andere und vor allem günstigere Alternative zu finden.Gruß
