These are the same birds and the same nest as in my picture of 2 May 2024 (see below).

Now, 4 weeks later, you can clearly see that the chicks have already grown quite a bit.

In another 4 weeks they will be able to fly and in August they will already leave on their long flight to Africa.

The nest is located about 20 metres up in the air and the photo was taken from a heavily camouflaged watchtower.
