Duval Street, Key West Florida.
He told me that he and his girlfriend were the most broke couple in Key West. I slipped him a couple of bucks for taking his picture, a little while later we walked past him again and he and his girlfriend were enjoying a bit of dinner, it wasn't the chicken salad!
