It's like a lemon in it's sourness. The bumpier the better, the greener the better and it has to still have a thingy (can't remember what it's called) on the end. My friend had a bowl of the dried fruit.

Thanks Falko.This is another kind of citrus, etrog. It is one of the four kinds of plants one has to bring to the sucot-hut. It should be undamaged.
