yesterday at Howe Sound, an Arm of the Pacific Ocean (no room at the lake :-)) ........ the kite flyers were soooo far away and the sun so strong above them - I lightened this image, but no other editing .

Bis zu den Gipfeln schaffen die Kiteflyer es nicht, aber der Blick des Beobachters wird von diesen Schneeresten magisch angezogen. Ein schönes Bild, gleichzeitig sehr lebhaft und dabei doch wunderbar ruhig....

kites that look like a swarm of colorful gnats hovering in the air above the sparkling water! must have been such a beautiful day out there with temperatures way above 20° and some refreshing winds in the air and cool snow-capped mountains in the distance to cool one's eyes on… i'm fascinated by that strange blue hill – or should i rather say "hump"? ; ) – in the background, by the way. looks like a giant prehistoric camel was buried just below it! ; )) hugs, sabine. p.s.: favorite detail: the wind surfer! without him the image would have been half as interesting and dynamic!
