Now imagine if a photograph of a Viet-Cong soldier holding mutilated body parts of a US GI were to have been taken, what an uproar that would have caused. How beastly these Communists are etc. But, it is OK if the US Army behaves this way. Same thing happened in World War 2 with the collecting and mutilation of Japanese Soldier body parts.
War crimes that are rarely exposed. I am glad you showed this photo. A&A
