Photography is not my hobby. I do not go out of my way looking for photographs. For me it is a means of recording events in the past, a visual memory. The equipment should be unobtrusive and easy to use.
Digital cameras are easier than analog but as an occasional photographer I am still waiting for a model that doesnt need batteries. My analog camera, a Russian Zenith-E from 1970 runs fine with photo-electric cells and will outlive my digital camera when its non-replaceable onboard CMOS battery expires.
