Late afternoon sunlight sets off the pastel palette of spring near Sugarloaf Mountain in Dickerson, Maryland.

The photo was taken with a favorite film-era lens, fondly remembered from my earliest SLR days,
the Asahi/Pentax M42 50mm f/1.4 Super-Takumar on my Canon EOS 40D (via adapter).
