what a beauty this grand old house must have once been – still is! dilapidation and the benevolent, empathatic light suit it shockingly well – the downside of most picturesque architecture… my favorite detail: the little black bird on the corner of a window – singing a bitter-sweet song of loss and yearning… beautiful shadows, too! greetings, sabine.Adele D.
