A Night for Smiles Between Strangers
OK, call me a “seasonal contrarian”…
but a persistent spell of the gray gloppies, humid tropical air mass type weather that has been blanketing my area, with more to come this week, but with sunshine, which will no doubt bring tropical-style downpours in the afternoons…
…well, it all had me thinking back on a chilly but delightfully
DRY Manhattan night of a holiday season Sunday back in December.
Holiday Season and contagious holiday spirit in full swing, as NYC provides so well…
Fifth Avenue at Rockefeller Center…rosy-cheeked happy people…a chilly night for warm smiles between strangers…
And she seemed to be radiating so much warmth and positive energy as to not even need that winter coat or woolly hat. Indeed, it looked like some of that energy was emanating from within and shooting upwards to light up her LED balloon!
