Today, when I woke up I saw this "Muscovy Duck" out of my window.
She stayed with us until noon and when we tried to feed her.....she flew away...:-(

....and we made dream of Christmas .......:-)

thanks to my friend Mark Billiau. for the correction!!!!! but I had never seen that bird before, so I suppose that it was a turkey.....

    The feathers on top of his head look very hair like! He is giving you the evil eye too, he definitely doesn't want to be eaten!

    : ))))) he must have instintively felt your culinary longing, and some sixth sense told him to fly away! a healthy decision, if you ask me – for both of you, i mean! just look at the fiery look he's giving you: "don't you dare touch me!!" ; )) greetings, sabine. p.s.: are you sure it's really a turkey? i just took a look at your other pictures of him, and he seems to have a duck's bill!
