Northeast Aegean Sea
Ikaria (for more information please refer to the previous photo in the series.)
Ikaria. the spot where the island sprouted in mid-Aegean Sea, after careless Ikarus fell and drowned disobeying his father's orders not to fly very high and near the sun to avoid the melting of the wax feathers that his craftsman father Daidalus has constructed so they could both fly and escape from Crete's king Minoa. Young Icarus defied Gods supremacy and authority wanting to reach their height....Great similarities to the myth of Faethon...
In the photo continuing the very early morning walk along the port pier.
