What a tremendous sky and after the rain the air is clean, the colours brighter also because a wet surface has a stronger reflection.

I really like the picture and the scenery, but when it comes to voting I look more carefully on a picture.

I believe if you would have searched e a bit more, you would have found a better location to take this picture from and would have hat a different view of angle to get rid of this messy foreground.

or...

in your case the best choice would have been just to CROP it right above the withe flat roof where the stairway started (4,5cm from the bottom of the picture), that would have made your picture somehow special.
