Inside the Sule Pagoda, temple-goers and visitors can admire the alleged original hair of Lord Buddha. There is nothing to be seen except the magnificent surrounding protected behind bulletproof glass.
As the Sule Pagoda is originally called by the Mon-Volk Kyaik Athok Zedi, this translates to: "Stupa in which a holy hair lies".
