Orang belanda is the Indonesian word for this monkey.
Orang = human being, Belanda = dutch.
But dutch people look a bit different?
Female proboscis monkeys have a snoop nose and are looking for monkey boys with long nose. As nicer the nose as more attractive the monkey boy.
(The nose of a young male grows slowly until reaching adulthood. The mother will allow other members of her group to hold her infant. When a resident male in a one-male group is replaced, the infants are at risk of infanticide.)

  Eigentlich erschienen uns diese Nasenaffen nicht aggressiv, doch ganz schön frech. Hervorragende Schwimmer und Taucher, die uns für Sekunden sehr nahe kamen und gleich wieder verschwanden, nachdem sie merkten, dass wir nicht so ganz ihresgleichen waren (keine Holländer = Ulan Belanda, sondern Thailänderin und Deutsch), Gruß Wolfgang
