beautiful Finland VI
ok, this time, it should better be something like "tasty Finland" - but as it is the last part of my small series, I stick with the name "beautiful Finland".
This is a traditional Finnish pulla, or, more precisely, a Korvapuusti (in German: Ohrfeige), which Finns (and others ;-)) eat in the afternoon together with drinking coffee or cold milk.
Those Korvapuustis, as you see them here, are not really Finnish, because I did them myself after having returned, but with a Finnish recipe.
The picture is for Maria and Jesper, my two friends, who visited me in Helsinki for just 4 days and who are at least as passionate about Korvapuustis as I am! I miss you!

Mir läuft das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Es ist so einfach Lust auf Finnland bei mir zu wecken.Tolle Idee vorher/nachher darzustellen. Ein wenig mehr Schärfe (fotografisch) tät dem Foto gut. MfG Roland
