Churchyard
The churchyard belongs to historic St James Episcopal Church.
The church, dating from the pre-Revolutionary War era,
is located north of Baltimore in Monkton, Maryland.
It was initially finished in 1755. Extensions were added in the 18th, 19th
and 20th centuries, and an extensive inside renovation was done in 2005.
The image was shot on a summer afternoon, on Kodak BW-400CN film
through a Nikkor 24mm f/2.8 lens with yellow filter on my Nikon FE.

Well done!I love these old churchyards. Here, unfortunately they dig it all up after 25 years. I suppose it's because we have so little space. The cemeteries in GB are wonderful. Full of grave stones covered in lichen, the writing hardly discernable, hundreds of years old.
