10km rennen ist schon anstrengend genug und das dann noch in der Sonne, ziehe meinen Hut. Klasse S/W.Gr. manu
PS: mache nächstes Jahr den Moody Angel run mit für einen guten Zweck ( gegen Brustkrebs ), der geht nur 5 km und hat durch Hindernisse genug Unterbrechungen. :-)
