Explosion
It is an aircraft contrail which goes towards the horizon where the sun is going down behind the mountain, the composition of the sunlight with the contrail results in that curious effect which looks like an explosion..
At first it the sky color had a blue tonality but I changed it increasing the red values and reducing the shadow and midtone.
