Green flare on the curva at Bologna

I took this photograph at a match between Bologna and Vicenza for 'CALCISSIMO' my book on Italian football culture . The Bologna terrace (curva) was a sea of flags with some guys at the front holding flares aloft. I was about 15 metres away - quite close enough!! - using a 180mm lens. I just love the atmosphere; the colourful spectacle, the deafening noise and the smell of the flares wafting over.
