Grilled Peach's and Pineapple
Grilled Pineapple;
Leave the top greens on, remove outer skin and cut lengthwise into quarters, with your knife remove center hard core, Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and grill about 5 minutes turning once.
Grilled Peach's ( they need to be slightly soft, too hard and you cannot cut them in half and remove the stone )
With knife cut around the peach and then twist the two halves so that it breaks free into two sections, remove the stone or pit, place in bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar ( about a teaspoon ) and enough honey to coat the peaches, add about 1 teaspoon mustard seed and the leaves from three - four sprigs tarragon ( about 1 teaspoon dried if you don't have fresh ) Grill about 5 minutes turning once.
I don't have exact measurement since I just cook by sight and feel, so the above measurements are my best guess. Use it as a starting point and add or subtract amounts for taste.
