"I can feel the music" - Joscho Stephan Trio #5

This series shows the principle of the title "I can feel the music" - saying that I tried to capture the emotional expressions musicians can show when they interpret their music. Joscho Stephan is a German musician following the famous Django Reinhardt with his Gypsy Swing and performing throughout the world. I knew that when Joscho plays he has a deep emotional participation of what he plays - some years ago we tore at least one string of his guitar. So I asked him for permission to photograph him during a small concert. Therefore I had the privilege of a "Pole Position" direct in front of him.

I can almost hear the music - am a big fan of Django Reinhardt ... a well taken image showing the emotions of the players well and being well lit throughout (which is difficult to do :-))

three musical "dompteurs" tending to their tamed instruments! beautiful indeed, and so nicely composed in this triangular manner with the guitars framing the double bass at its apex. greetings, sabine.
