    i disagree! for me the contrasts make it lively and special, as those "harsh" black and whites – the pattern of her blouse, her girls, and most of all her gleaming eyes – correspond with the 456 in a magical way, adding an air of mystery and suspense to the shot, vaguely (very vaguely ; )) reminiscent of a hitchcock setup! greetings, sabine.
