Located at Georgenes Verft 3 at the southern slope of Nordnes in Bergen.

The building was raised in 1886 and was a textile factory in the beginning. It burnt down in 1892 and was rebuilt in the same year. After the textile production moved out in 1903 it became one of the largest sardine factories in Norway (USF: United Sardine Factories) after business started in 1910 until end of production in 1973. Packaging was then produced for 10 years. After that, the building was renovated and transformed into a cultural centre with workshops, galleries, cinema, rehearsal rooms for dancers and musicians, stages and a club.
