Marlboro $6.50 a pack, time to roll your own smokes Ken Piros
Strong composition and story-telling in this image. I love the tonality in black and white and the crispness in the strands of tobacco.
Compliments,
Steve
: ) the hand that fills the paper rules the world! i guess…trying to put myself in the shoes of a smoker here… to tell you the truth: i quit before i ever started, which saved me a lot of trouble – well, at least, i never needed to walk a mile for a camel just to make him share his last pack with me! ; ) – – the hands look so young, the tobacco so pure, the paper so "naturally french", hard to imagine the hazards… tar, arsenic, nickel, formaldehyde, first-, second- and third-hand smoking… yikes, disgusting, actually… speaking of "jokers in the pack"… needless to say, good shot, though, ken! greetings and happy ten-years quitting anniversary! ; )) sabine

....or better still the time to stop smoking all together. Just think of the places that you could visit with that aved cash :)))
An excellent picture with very good tones.
A habit that is too expensive, more for your health than your wallet. Good photo! Brings back memories of my grandmother who liked to roll her own.
Regards,
Archie
