City of Zaandam, close to Amsterdam.
Recently the centre of the city was braught back to the style of earlier years. A canal that was layed dry in the 1900's was dug again and gave back the old feeling of a harbourcity.
Inntel hotels built a new hotel, with the a collection of old "Zaanse" style facades, all in one building.
Even the new Townhall was built in the same style.
It's a wonderfull display of nostalgia in a modern setting.
