Oktoberanfang: MS Goethe passiert – rheinabwärts fahrend – die ehemalige Zollburg Pfalzgrafenstein ("Pfalz") am Spätnachmittag. Mit dem 3. Oktober endet bei der Schifffahrtsgesellschaft Köln-Düsseldorfer die Hauptsaison. Und damit enden auch die "romantischen" Fahrten der MS Goethe zwischen Koblenz und Rüdesheim für dieses Jahr.

Beginning of October: MS Goethe - traveling down the Rhine - passes the former customs castle Pfalzgrafenstein ("Pfalz") in the late afternoon. The main season for the Köln-Düsseldorfer shipping company ends on October 3rd. And with that the “romantic” trips of the MS Goethe between Koblenz and Rüdesheim come to an end for this year.
