A late night moment in winter at Baltimore’s Penn Station. At left, a diesel-powered MARC commuter
train slumbers, while the last Amtrak departure for Washington glides out, its conductor hanging out
for a few moments in the bracing night air.

Shot in 2000 on Ferrania Tungsten 640 slide film, this is its first appearance.
