My eye was initially caught by the great textures of the old brick,
complimented by the cast iron stars of the anchor bolts going up its sides.

And being a devotee of the American Musical Theater, I just had to include the
poster advertising a "re-imagined" version of the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein
musical, playing nearby in an old Brooklyn warehouse.
