    no.....the are to many mistakes....
    like paul said....
    the halo is very disturbing and could be treated
    also the angle of that upshot is not well,just my opinion
    and it would be better to crop it in that way to get the mill in the middle....

    Pro. Love the lighting and image treatment. The only thing I would change would be that the image be either centered, or more offset.

    The dark sky, hidden sun and angle of the picture make for a powerful image. Worthy of the Gallery I think.
