definetely ... ;-))at least f 8.0 ... you know that you need to keep the shutter open longer if you choose it ...
there should be a programm within your camera which allows you to preselect the aperture and determines the needed shuttertime on its own ... ;-)

nope ... what i mean is the lens aperture ... f 2.8, f 4.3, f 8.0 ...it determines the depth of field for your shots ... :-)

I really tried to focus the whole spoon in foreshortening... but didn't work out... :/I'm still exploring that canon and hope soon to learn the trick... I need a lot practice too

What a special spoon, I agree with Dirk, just a bit more focus on the top end of the spoon would look fabJackie

indeed this seems to be a very special spoon ...i would slightly alter the direction of the spoon into the top right corner and use an aperture which shows all details withough blurring ... :-)
