The photo only evokes associations with pain, suffering, or worse, domestic violence.When it comes to domestic violence, I shudder. It's scary, unfortunately my friend had to go through it. She and her husband fought all the time and he repeatedly raised his hand against her. To me, a man who raises his hand against a woman is not a man. They broke up soon after that but my friend needed a lot of therapy for her mental health which she had here https://calmerry.com/ with qualified mental health professionals. And we also read articles together on how to raise self-esteem and everything related to it. In general, all this helped her a lot, she looked at life in a new way, she stopped being afraid, she had goals and motivation to move forward.
